The art of photography is not the ability to take a picture of something inherently beautiful, but rather to share a feeling or emotion through one’s own perspective on the world. The mechanics of photography is to accurately convey the memories, sights, and events that might otherwise be lost to time. Here you will find a little of both. Starting out with the intention of chronicling my life, I have found that I also have a strong desire to express myself through my photography. So, as I work on the mechanics, I also play with the art.
